1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Subvisor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
2. Description of Service
Subvisor is a personal subscription management application that allows users to:
- Track subscription services, prices, and billing cycles
- Monitor free trial periods and expiration dates
- Receive reminders for upcoming payments
- View spending statistics and payment calendars
- Export and import subscription data via CSV
Subvisor is a personal tracking tool only. It does not connect to your bank accounts, payment systems, or subscription services. All data is entered manually by the user.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Sell, rent, or sublicense the App to any third party
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
4. In-App Purchases — Subvisor Pro
Subvisor offers a one-time purchase ("Subvisor Pro") that unlocks additional features. By making a purchase:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- The purchase is a one-time lifetime license — there are no recurring charges for Pro
- All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms of Sale
- Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies
Pro features include unlimited subscriptions, iCloud sync, CSV export/import, Face ID lock, and custom app icons. Feature availability may change with future app updates.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of subscription data you enter in the App
- Keeping your device and iCloud account secure
- Any decisions made based on information displayed in the App
- Ensuring the App complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
6. Accuracy of Information
⚠️ Important: Currency exchange rates displayed in the App are sourced from the European Central Bank via a third-party API and are updated daily. These rates are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates. Do not rely on them for financial decisions.
Subvisor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in the App. Payment reminders are provided as a convenience — you remain solely responsible for managing your own subscription payments.
7. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-entered data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Subvisor and its creators. The App is protected by copyright and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Third-party service logos displayed in the App are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes via publicly available favicon APIs.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Payment reminders will be delivered at all times (depends on device settings)
- Exchange rate data will be current or accurate
- iCloud sync will function without interruption (depends on Apple's services)
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MISSED PAYMENTS, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
11. Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify the App at any time. Updates may change, add, or remove features. We may also update these Terms. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely. In particular, free features may be moved to Pro or removed in future updates.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App for users who violate these Terms, though as the App functions primarily offline, such restrictions are limited in practice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first, and if not resolved, through appropriate legal channels.
14. Apple App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall govern with respect to App Store matters.
